i finished my veterinary course in iran and i am doingmy military service for the moment and i have 10 month left to finish it.

actually i have so many concern
and as you are an expert i have some few question to ask if you dnt mind...
which of your ways yu thinck is more logic taking the courses in the university or taking the exam?
and how long he university will take?
and which university is the best one?
and how much do i need exacly for the whole year minus the amount that i will earn by working ?caue i need to convince my dad togame me the amount..
