I hope I am not breaking any rules now... If you want to download any video from web, you have to instal Internet Download Manager. When you click on the video to watch it online, special window will open and then you wil be able to download it.

Firefox + NetVideoHunter
NetVideoHunter is a Firefox add-on that helps you to download videos and music from almost any video-sharing sites.
Freeware.
After NetVideoHunter is installed:
Play the video on the original site.
When the play begins then NetVideoHunter detects the video.
Click on the blue icon (at the top right corner of Firefox) to open the NetVideoHunter window.
At the left side of the NetVideoHunter window you can see a list of videos that has been detected.
You can Download videos if you click on the Download button in the list or you can preview it with the Play button to check that you're downloading the right video.
