I already tried even being registered, but it did not work. Probably because I am abroad or too stupid.

Does anyone have more experinece with that and could get a simple PDF-Copy?

Probably you couldn´t get it because is free to download but with an IP from USA
Maybe somebody from North America can download it for you

I finally got it using a chinese Proxy but the book is rubbish, not the original publication itself, but this here is just an OCR-Scan from Google without any pictures and many mistakes of character-interpretation, so for a scientist no use at all.
