The book is available for download free @
Google the book title and you can see a number of links for the book at different file hosting sites. A little bit more research and you will find that the manual is available for free download. As a fellow vet, I advise you to research thoroughly before coming to a conclusion. If you did this research, you could have posted a link to the expired link, and supported this community instead of being a passive down-loader.
