OsiriX for Mac

is there some free technical manual on it ?
 
We're working with Osirix at our hospital also. Is there any windows version or equivalent around? Couldn't find anything on google.

it;s free but not the server one... the advanced one... free is only basics... you can google i and download it for free...
 
I know there's a good manual for it somewhere on the internet. We use this at the U hospital and I found a manual during an internet search... but lost the link... sorry! Works great though, and there's an iPad version as well :)
