I don't think the publisher has updated ebooks.com with the available formats - I suspect that as it comes closer to the May 31st release date, we'll get more info. They just released "Reconstructive Surgery and Wound Management of the Dog and Cat" just this past March in both epub and pdf formats, so I'm optimistic that will be true of Fox's pain management text as well. I'll keep an eye out...
