Hi again dear driends
i managed to get some pages from one well known comercial site ("search inside the book")
i got till page 31 (minus 20 and 26) and then the index..
What i really wanted is the chapter 8..pages 191 to 236

This winrar file has 2 pdfs:
vos preview.pdf compilation of the pages into a pdf for you to see
and request VOS Gelatt.pdf, on wich i explain how i saved the pages in jpeg format....you must please read the bookmarks
to follow my method...
If someone can gaet pages from pages 191 to 236, please try and post here...i´ll convert to pdf and add to the rest
