It's more a question that a suggestion.


Why can't i post one new thread (a book) in some forums if i can download books in the same forum?
For example equine books
I have any books that would like to post, but i can't because have few posts.

This is quite annoying. I have spent some significant time improving some books (i.e. bookmarking, etc...) just to be told that does not improve the file. For me on a tablet, a nonbookmarked book is useless.
