  • Can Edit Background Images Users must have user album permissions as well.

Hi guys,

So I am going to ask this question to make things clear as I can't find it explained anywhere else. What is actually the difference between donating "to Support Veterinary Medicine Electronic Library" and "subscribing to Donator+ Zone Subscription"? What are the differences in access to vetelib resources? Can Basic/Silver/Golden Donator get access to Donator+ zone and otherwise? If I choose to subscribe to Donator+ Zone does it mean you will be automatically collecting money from my account every month - sort of direct debit agreement? Is there way to withdraw from this agreement and how would one do it or is it obligatory? What if I want to have access to Donator+ zone just for 2 weeks or 1 month and then have access to it again for for 2 weeks or 1 month but 6 months later?

There was a thread explaining type of donators (badges, etc.) but it is somehow gone?

Hello Sagittarius1978,

Actually, all all roads lead to Rome. Whether you subscribe or donate. The idea of having a different way that in "donate" option, members reported that they can use their credit/debit card without have a paypal account. It is just to increase convenience for members as much as we can.

We had previously 3 different groups of donators, but to decrease confusion, we united it into just one group which is the Donator+

We also unified the milestones for subscriptions/donations into 25 (1 month), 60 (3 months), 100 (6 months), 180 (1 year) euros.

There is no obligation for sure, the settings was set to be recurring payment. But this something you can deactivate after subscription in your paypal account (Read the instructions Here).

The threshold for subscription is 1 month. You can have one month now, then another month after 1 year, and so on. For periods less than 1 month, we deactivated that option, but exclusions can be made upon individual basis. For example, a known member to us, who was registered long time ago, kinda of we can trust him/her that they are not leaking our resources.

Just a few minutes ago I paid first amount and set up an automatic payment for Donators Plus Subscription but... I still have no access to any resources from Donator+ Zone. So what can we do about it? Do I have to wait until system will process my payment or have I done something wrong or haven't done enough?

I have checked that and it seems that Paypal put the payment in "pending" status. As soon as it got released by paypal, your subscription will be activated automatically. Thanks!

I subscribe Donators Plus today, and my account shows that "active subscription" from 7/12/2020 to 8/12/2020

But I still can't see any resources in Donator+ Zone.

Can you check it for me ? Thank you very much~

Thanks idtsai for your subscription. Usually it takes 24 h to activate your account. Now your account is activated till 13 August. Enjoy! :star_struck:
 
Hi
I'd like to see the donor zone and have subscribed for a 1-day donor plus plan. I can see that my subscription will expire tomorrow - but somehow I still don't have access to the books. If it takes 24 hrs to activate - does that mean it is likely that I won't see any books before my subscription expires in 24 hrs??
Please help.
