HOW TO CONFIG A PROXY
How to set up a proxy server to work with my browser?
Set up proxy in the Internet Explorer & Netscape Navigator browsers:

Proxy Settings in Internet Explorer 4.X
Click "View" \ "Internet Options");
Click "Connections";
Enable "use a proxy server";
In fields "Address" and "port" type proxy name and proxy port; 7 k P6 v) w, ] a
If nessesary, enable "bypass proxy server for local addresses"; + F! Z# ]/ k1 r+ q% `- O4 I4 T
Click "OK".

Click "Service" \ "Internet Options";
Click "Connections"; 7 M" e1 t. D$ I, O+ F: I
If you use Dial-Up connection, choose your connection and click "Settings" button.: g1 W9 p, F) H
if you use LAN connection, click "LAN Settings" button in the "Local Area Network (LAN) Settings" group box; 4 O9 [) ?9 C9 h" z6 t" \
Enable "use a proxy server"; ! l- \6 Y0 g) E" x1 b7 {9 A6 B
In fields "Address" and "port", type proxy name and proxy port;
If nessesary, enable "bypass proxy server for local addresses";

Click "OK" to close IE settings.

Click "View" at "Manual proxy configuration"; % [* Z# w i3 ^7 C
Set proxies for following protocols: HTTP, FTP, etc. % t! l5 N0 d8 W9 n

Click "Edit" \ "Preferences";
Click "Category" \ "Advanced" \ "Proxies";

Click "View" at "Manual proxy configuration";
Set proxies for following protocols: HTTP, FTP, etc.

Click "Setting" \ "Configure Konqueror..."; 2 h- P+ I6 o0 G5 a1 b
Choose "Proxies";
Enable "Use proxy";
Set proxies for following protocols: HTTP, FTP, etc. ; z2 V* z$ D# c8 Q# i$ I7 U

Click "Category" \ "Advanced" \ "Proxies";

Set proxies for following protocols: HTTP, FTP, etc.

1. Go to tools and click

2. Internet tools and click on it
3. Conections and click on it
4. LAN config and click on it

5. Check box "Server Proxy": If you have any proxy, example: 123.456.789.987:3128 (proxy
ort)
Here in first box type proxy (e.g. 123.456.789.987) second box type port (e.g 3128)

IF YOU USE MOZILLA FIREFOX

1. Go to Tools and click
2. Options and click on it
3. Red and click on it

4. Conection and options... click on it

5. Check third box (manual proxy config)
6. Type only in Proxy HTTP (both boxes). If you have any proxy, example: 123.456.789.987:3128 (proxyort)7 R/ y+ _% ~7 _# ?# g, y3 c
