What does this app cost? Is it something that I could recommend to my clients to view rads taken in the clinic?

This app is freeware. I would recommend this. Even though I prefer Osirix (also freeware).

Do you think it is better then OSirix, a free app for Mac.
We use Osirix in the department and are very happy with it

As I posted before, personally I prefer also the OSirix app. But this is a good alternative.
Just try it!
