Please, guys, calm down.

Dear New Vet already explains this situation and with the help of dear Malouis, the problem gets solved like this:
For the missing pages, please, use the following reader: STDU Viewer, Science and Technical Documentation Utility, it's free and all the pages appear.
For the images missing in some pages, well, seems to be that this images were not allowed to access by the publisher.
Even though, dear New Vet told us that he is going to check this out, so be patient.
He told us, as well, that download accelerators like IDM could decompress the files with this error, so try to download without any manager, just windows downloader.

So, please guys, try the STDU Viewer, it really works for me, :up:
