Practical Cases Trypnasomes in a live blood film

I have a doubt. Can we demonstrate live tryps in a stained smear?
 
I would like to remind you that the tryps which you are witnessing in the video are from a wet blood film. These organisms are very short lived in external environment even in the presence of blood..a matter of minutes. While making staining we have to dry the smear on the glass slide which kills the organism. Practically, even while making smears itself the organism dies, so there is no question of demonstrating live tryps in a stained smear. But we can stain the blood ad examine the stained smears in the wet blood film. Even in this method also live demonstration is not practically possible.
